HOW A SEASON RUNS WITH US
1. Kickoff call
We learn your divisions, fields, dates and rules, and get access to your registration platform.
2. Registration
We open, manage and close registration, then run evaluations and build balanced teams.
3. The season
Schedules, rainouts, umpires, standings and parent updates every week, with a monthly report to your board.
4. Wrap-up
Postseason, all-stars, a year-end report, and an updated playbook so next season starts ready.
PACKAGES
Priced per player. Built into registration.
Schedule & Standings — $1,500 flat per season. Practice and game schedules, reschedules all season, weekly standings and the postseason bracket.
League Operations Partner — $20 per player, per season. The whole back office: registration, evaluations and draft, coach onboarding, parent communication, officials coordination and a monthly board report.
Full-Service League Office — $25 per player, per season. Everything above plus a parent and coach help desk, payment and refund support, sponsorships, volunteer scheduling and a year-end report.
